Skies will become partly cloudy this afternoon with near steady temperatures in the lower to middle 20s. Far Northwest Illinois could see temperatures fall late this morning into the upper teens. Tonight skies will remain partly cloudy, with temperatures cooling into the single digits above zero to around 10 degrees
